Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website or engaging the services of King Roofing Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

King Roofing Ltd provides professional roofing services including, but not limited to, residential roofing, asphalt shingle installation, cedar roofing, ribbed steel roofing, sheet metal and standing seam systems, metal flashing, roof inspections, and snow & ice dam removal within Simcoe County, Muskoka, and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada.

All services are subject to a written estimate or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided by King Roofing Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Additional costs may arise if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work (e.g., hidden structural damage, rotted decking). We will notify you of any such changes before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract provided for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required prior to ordering materials or scheduling work.
• Final payment is due upon project completion.
• Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your estimate.

Overdue balances may be subject to interest charges as permitted under Ontario law.

4. Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

King Roofing Ltd warrants its workmanship for a period specified in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in installation caused by our work and does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Roofing materials may carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion. We make no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer for materials.

5. Cancellation and Scheduling

Once a project has been scheduled and materials ordered, cancellation may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to cover material costs. Rescheduling requests should be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, at no penalty to either party.

6. Access and Site Conditions

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including removal of vehicles or obstructions from driveways as necessary. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden infrastructure unless their location was clearly communicated to us prior to commencement of work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, King Roofing Ltd's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Website Use
